Our head trainer at Next Level Fitness is Daniel Flynn. Daniel comes from a boxing and Gaelic football background and holds a Sports Science & Coaching Degree. He is one of the Irelands top strength coaches and has worked with many of the country’s top athletes. These athletes include 7-time elite Irish boxing champion Dervla Duffy and newly crowned European Boxing champion Jono Carroll.
Daniel has also carried out some development work with the FAI emerging talent program and Triathlon Ireland. Daniel is not just a trainer but also a nutrition consultant and holds accreditations for Exercise Nutrition and Clinical Weight Loss.
